FAQ

The product

What is it?
A liquid herbal supplement taken as drops. The bottle is 59 ml (2 fl oz) and the label describes it as liquid herbal extracts for traditional circulatory support.

What is in it?
We are in the middle of confirming the full ingredient list with our supplier and we are not going to guess in the meantime. As soon as we have it in writing it goes on this page and on the product page. If that matters to you before you buy — and it reasonably might — email us and we will tell you where we have got to.

How long does one bottle last?
About a month at the recommended serving.

Taking it

How do I take it?
As drops, either directly or stirred into water or tea. Follow the directions printed on the bottle you receive, not anything you read here — the label is the authority.

How long before I notice anything?
We are not going to give you a number. Botanical supplements are not predictable that way, responses vary between people, and we have no study of our own to point to. That is what the 30-day guarantee is for.

Safety

Is this a medicine?
No. It is a botanical dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Can I take it with other supplements or medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, particularly if you take prescription medication or are being treated for anything ongoing. Herbal ingredients can interact with medicines.

Can I take it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Do not, without speaking to your healthcare provider first. Many herbs used in blends of this kind are not recommended during pregnancy.

Should anyone avoid it?
Until we have published the confirmed ingredient list, anyone with allergies, a hormone-sensitive condition, or an ongoing medical issue should check with a doctor before taking it. Stop and seek advice if you have any reaction.

Orders

How fast will it arrive?
Typically 8–16 days. It ships from our supplier's overseas warehouse — see Shipping & Returns.

Does the bottle say Lymphé on it?
No. Lymphé is our shop. The bottle arrives with the manufacturer's own plain label.

How do I reach you?
Through the contact page.
