Northlight products are cosmetic beauty devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about results have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Individual results vary. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a photosensitive condition, epilepsy, an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, are taking photosensitizing medication, or have any skin condition or concern. Discontinue use and consult a professional if irritation occurs. Do not use over open wounds, and do not look directly into the light.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

6. Shipping and returns

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northlight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
