All orders are processed from our fulfillment partner and shipped as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect.
Free US shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET or on a weekend begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can extend transit times.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours and your building or mail room first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate or arrange a replacement.
